The Body Shop
The Body Shop isn't somewhere that i usually shop but i do really love their products so when i noticed there was sale on i knew i had to go in and pay them a visit. Now for Christmas i received quite a lot of body lotions and body products and I'm not sure how I'm going to get through them all so i thought id pick something a bit different up. I noticed their room & body sprays were on sale for £3.50 so i decided to pick 2 up in their limited editions scents of Frosted Cranberry and Vanilla Brûlée. I also picked up the Frosted Cranberry Lip Balm for £2 and the Vanilla Brûlée body polish for £5. You can shop the sale online here and if you are a student ask about joining Love Your Body system as you get some great deals which in 10% every time you shop for free instead of the usually fee of £5.
Lush

Hair Hearts & Dilemmas!

Hey Lovelies,

So for a while now i have been wanted to do something new with my hair, but have never really been too daring when it comes to hair colour and have only had a couple of highlights here and there, i think the most drastic iv gone is when i went blonde (by accident but really liked it in the end). Now my hair is a mousy brown colour with blonde parts throughout, iv actually had comments of friends and hairdressers asking if i have dip dyed it because it has naturally gone like that.

I have had my eye on one particular style lately and that is the ombre look, now i know over the past few years this has been very popular so I'm kind of late of the band wagon but like i said it takes me a while to choose a hair style that i like.
Here are some hairstyles i pinned on my 'Hair Hearts' board on pinterest

Like many people by biggest inspiration for hair (and in life ) is Zoella, i absolutely love her hair and have always wanted my had to be like hers! and i also love Lauren Conrad's hair as it always looks amazing no matter what colour or style it is.
A couple of years ago my hair was in a bob and since then i have tried growing it because i wanted my long locks back! and recently it hasn't been in the best condition so before i get anything some to it i want to get it in good condition! so any products or tricks you can recommend please enlighten me!

I think i am going to treat myself maybe early december to a new look and I'm defiantly leaning toward the Zoella look! ill be sure to post any pictures if i do get it done!

Please let me know in the comment
what you think of the ombre style

Beauty Haul: Boots, Superdrug & More

Hello Lovelies,
So i thought i would share a couple of items that i have purchased this week, i have bought quiet a few bath and beauty products this week but could not resist some great bargains!. So keep reading to find out more about the products and why i bought them.

 Boots-
No7-  I am sure that the £5 off No7 vouchers were invented for people like me, who can't resist a saving!Because i spend a certain amount of money in boots i got some vouchers which included £5 No7 Skincare which i am a fan of and have used some of their skincare line before, but never buy it full price as i like to know I'm going to like something before spending lots of money on it. So because i was in need of a new cleanser i decided to get their Beautiful Skin Hot Cloth Cleanser (Usually £9.95, With Voucher £4.45)but because i bough something else i then received another set of vouchers! its a vicious circle!so i grasped the opportunity to try a new eye makeup remover, so i picked up their Beautiful Skin Eye Make-Up Remover (Usually £8.50 WV £3.50).
I'm looking forward to trying these products out and i also have 2 £3 NO7 cosmetics so if anyone has any product suggestion let me know!.
Tresemme Keratin Smooth Range-
So recently my hair has been feeling a bit meh! so i wanted to try out some new hair products specifically with Keratin as it was recommended by my hairdressers. So when i went into boots i notice Tresemme's Keratin Smooth Range and even better the items were half price! So i decided to pick up a couple products to see if it could rescue my hair. I picked up the Deep Treatment Mask (here usual price £5.50 currently £2.75) , the Treatment 7 Day Smooth (here usually £6.99 currently £3.49) and finally the Heat Protection Shine Spray (here usually £5.50 currently £2.75). All of the reviews online seem to be great so i am looking forward to trying all the products out.
Tesco & TKMAX-
Now what girl doesn't love a bit of chocolate? most of the Christmas chocolates are on the shelves and i was very pleased to see that Terry's have brought out a whole Dark Chocolate Orange which is one of my favourites in the 'segnations' and they are currently on offer for a £1 in Tesco!.
Physicians Formula- Recently i have been loving popping into TKMAX and looking for a few beauty bargains so when i saw a small collection of Physicians Formula products i was a very happy girl! I picked up there Power Palette Multi-Colored bronzer, its a lovely mosaic bronzer palette  plus as most of their powder products come with a small brush underneath the product which is handy when using on the go!plus it was a bargain at £3.99 from the RRP of £12.95 and their products are very hard to come across in the UK.
Superdrug-
Zoella Beauty-  First of all i would like to say a massive congratulations to Zoella! she is such an inspiration of mine and thousands of others and i know the whole blogging & youtube community is right behind her. All of her products in the range and lovely and the first of her products i decided to pick up was the Soak Opera- Bath/shower cream (here £5.00).Since purchasing this i have used it a couple of times and really love it, its creates lovely bubbles and the scent filled up my bathroom! Cant wait to try the rest of the Zoella Beauty line.
Colab Dry Shampoo- AAnother recent you tuber/blogger release was from the lovely Ruth Crilly from A Model Recommends, she has brought out her own line of dry shampoo in a number of different scent all named after different cities. I decided to pick up a small bottle to try and have since used and i am really enjoying how it makes my hair feel i purchased the New York scent which is really lovely and not your classic dry shampoo smell! A the minute Superdrug are offering 1/3 the original priceso its worth stocking up or trying this product as well as getting yourself a deal!.(Click here to view the whole range)

*In case anyone was wondering the heart shape basket was from Matalan (here £4)*

All You Need Is Lush! (Haul!)

Hi Lovelies,
So today whilst i was shopping i thought id pop into Lush with the hopes of treating myself to a few of their Christmas/Halloween goodies! This time of year is always my favourite when it comes to the Lush Products, i always love there old classics and as well as some of the new additions they have made this year. It took me a while of sniffling almost every limited edition product until i decided what i should buy (first) and with the help of their lovely staff i decided on these three lovely products....

Now this is a Lush Christmas classic, every year i purchase a Christmas Eve Bubble and i actually usually use it on Christmas Eve and every year it's appearance seems to change slightly.Bubble Bars are always my favourite things to use in baths as you can get multiple uses out of one and it makes lovely silky bubbles. The scent of this bubble bar is very calming and relaxing and this is because of its ingredients which include Jasmine Absolute, Ylang Ylang Oil & Irish Moss Powder, It greats lots of bubbles and is the best one to have in your bath before bed or a hectic day.

Now come on who doesn't love a sparkly pumpkin shade bubble bar at Halloween? The smell of this just screams halloween to me (see what i did there?), its very fresh smelling yet it reminds me of a sweet that i can't think of that i used to get at halloween! Its ingredients include Juniperberry Oil, Lime Oil and Grapefruit Oil. Plus it has a lovely coating of gold glitter over the top, not so great when you get it all over your hands!.

Every year Lush seems to bring out their own variation of the classic 'Christmas Pudding', but i think this years has to be my favourite, its bright and colourful and topped of with a bit of Holly (i mean who doesn't love a bit of Holly!*joke*). I am very excited to try this one out, i believe it makes your bath go lots of different colours or as the Lush website puts it a 'Pastel coloured island'! I absolutely love the smell of this one as it reminds me of one of my favourite bath bombs 'Twilight' and after reading up on the ingredients of both products they are almost the same as they both include Lavender Oil, Benzoin Resinoid and Ylang Ylang Oil, so it is definite for any Twilight Fans (the Lush kind).

So thats my Lush haul and there are a lot of products on my shopping list including the Holly Golighty (Anything with the name Holly) and their Yog Nog soap, it smells just like the inside of a Cadburys Crunchie!

Have you tried anything from the limited edition collection?
Any suggestion on what i should buy next?
Please feel free to leave them below!

ThankYou

My First Birch Box - September 2014

Hello everyone,
So i have wanted to try a  beauty box subscription for a while now but with there being so many different options to choose from out there i didn't know which one to choose! but the other week a email popped up in my inbox form Birch Box, which said that they had a special deal if you joined that day or something and as soon as i saw the words 'guaranteed Beauty Blender inside' i knew i had to give this box a try.
So the theme of this months box was Happy Days and came in a lovely box a drawstring bag and come cute photos of people on their 'Happy Days'! it was like opening a present at Christmas! plus i have started using the box to separate my makeup collection.
This box costs £10 a month + £2.95 here

So what was included?...

Beauty Blender + Solid Cleanser (£26)-
Now like i said this is was the main reason that i signed up for the box as i have wanted to try the Beauty Blender but i could not part with the high price tag for a makeup sponge that i didn't know if i would like or not! BirchBox even included the solid cleanser to clean the sponge with which usually has a combined price of £26 so this box is a bargain! I have since used the product and really like the way it applied my foundation, but I'm still testing it out.

ModelCo Power Lash Mascara (£24)-
I was also very happy finding a mascara sample in the box as i love trying out new mascaras and since receiving the box i have tested out the mascara and i loved the way it looked on the lashes! Once again i am going to continue to test of the product to get a better idea of it.

Premae Mild Dermabrasion Face & Body Scrub (£25) -
The box also included a small pot of face and body scrub which i may possibly save if i stay overnight somewhere or as part of my skincare routine as it is only a small pot but a good enough size to test the product.

Benefit It's Potenti Eye Cream (£25.50)- I
have wanted to try some of Benefits skincare range for a while now so it was great to see a small sample of their eye cream inside the box! the sample packaging is very cute and i am looking forward to testing this product out!.

Agave Healing Oil Treatment (From £16)-
I really like receiving hair oils as i have been looking for the right one for my hair because at the minute my hair is a bit dry and needs some TLC, i actually tried this product once and after blowdrying my hair it felt lovely, soft and shiny! So i shall have to continue using up the sample and hopefully it could really help my hair!

Urban Fruit Perfect Pineapple (£13.20 for 6)-
Something a bit different for a beauty box was a dried fruit snack, well i suppose beauty starts from the inside! usually I'm not a big fan of dried fruit but i actually didn't mind the taste of the dried pineapple which is funny because I'm not too keen on fresh pineapple! and its great that they are 100% fruit!

BirchBox Happy Days Photo Clip-
And finally Birchbox included their very own little photo clip, which is actually a real cool idea and i have already put it to use and is holding one of my pictures!

Have you tried any beauty boxes?
If so .which ones should i try next?

The Body Shops- Wild Argan Oil Solid Lip Balm

Hello lovely's,
by now I'm sure a lot of you would have seen The Body Shops new Wild Argan Oil range, i first came across after watching Fleur De Force's video where she went to Morocco where the Argan Oil is produced and i was able what the BodyShop do for those making the products. So when i went into my local Body Shop i decided to pick something up from the range so i decided to go for the Solid Oil lip balm as i had heard some great reviews about this product.

So what do i think?

I tested a bit of the lip balm when i was in the store and instantly loved it and when i bought it home with me i was not disappointed! The solid oil starts to melt when it comes in contact with you finger and when you apply it to your lips to glides on smoothly and leaves them feeling so soft! and it also has a lovely smell which isn't too over powering.

So i would defiantly recommend picking one up for yourself as it is quite the bargain at £4 in comparison to some higher end lip treatments, and can be found here where you can also watch Fleur's vlog in Morocco. There are some lovely products within the range that i really want to try like the body scrub and the miracle solid oil.

*Student Discount! The Body Shop don't offer student discount but they do give students a free membership card which allows you to get 10% each shop plus lots of extra deals throughout the year including a free gift when its your birthday! So its worth going into your local store and talk to them about signing up*

ThankYou for reading &
let me know if you have tried anything from
the range and what you think

Concrete Jungle! (My NYC Experience)

Hi everyone, if you have read some of my other posts you may have seen that i was lucky enough this summer to visit New York for a few days after my trip to Orlando.New York is somewhere i have always wanted to go, and being in love with dance and after seeing the city in so many amazing film it was defiantly at the top of my bucket list of places to visit.
So we arrived in New York on a sunday, and to be honest as first impressions go we didn't really get the best experience on our 1st day. We got a taxi from the airport and we didn't know if we would make it to the hotel as we had a taxi driver who didn't really like to follow basic driving rules (like actually driving on the road), but we did arrive at our hotel in one piece and another story to tell when we got home.We weren't really impressed by our hotel rooms as they were very small but in the end it wasn't a big deal as we were hardly in them and the hotel was right next to time square so we couldn't have asked for a better location. As we were all starving we jut went to one of the first little pubs that we found and lets just say i was still hungry after as i didn't really touch mine, but after a quick look around Times Square we decided to have a early night so we could be up fresh and early in the morning.
Whilst in New York we had a list of things that we wanted to do and we tried to fit as much as we could in the few days we had there. One of my favorite parts of the trip was walking round Central Park, it was just so relaxing and the sun was beaming, we even came across a couple getting wedding pictures taken, we were not too sure if this was a genuine couple or models for a magazine but the bride looked stunning and they made a cute couple! We also had a lovely lunch in a restaurant which i believed was called the Boat House, we did want to go to Shake Shack but did not come across it. We also payed a visit to the Central Park Zoo which was nice to look around but personally didn't think it was too interesting.
Other attractions that we visited included The Rockafella Centre and went up to the top, the view was unbelievable and i think was defiantly worth the money. We also went on the Free Ferry to Staten Island to see the Statue Of Liberty, which again was lovely to see. We also paid a visit to the Natural History Museum and to be honest it wasn't my cup of tea but i did like the big Dinosaur as it reminded me of Night Of The Museum.  And of course this City is well know for SHOPPING!which of course i took advantage of! but i was still able to find some great bargains!
New York is also know for their amazing food, i believe i had pancakes every day for breakfast, my favorite breakfast was at a little restaurant Brasserie Athenee, i mean who could resist pancakes with fruit and Nutella!. As recommend we also check out the StarDust Diner which is were out of work singers and dancers who want to be on Broadway work, the diner has a create atmosphere as almost all of the waiters are singers and sing live in front of you, i was very happy to hear them sing 'Love Is An Open Door' from Frozen!. And of course a trip to New York would not have been complete without a trip to Serendipity!who needs dinner when you can have dessert! as recommend i had the Frozen Hot Chocolate which was amazing but so big! I don't think any of us were able to defeat any of the humongous desserts! If you are thinking of going there i would defiantly recommend booking in advance as we had just over an hour wait but wasn't too bad with Bloomingdale's just round the corner!
And of course top of our list of places to visit was the World Trade Centre memorial site and garden, whilst the entire area was very emotional it was also a very peaceful area as people could come here and just forget about the busy city and remember those who wear lost in the 911 disaster in 2001. It is beautiful what has been created and i think it is a lovely way to remember those who were lost and really makes you appreciate what you have because you see documentaries about 911 but until you are standing were it happens you cant start to understand what the people of New York went though that day.

So i hope you enjoyed hearing some of what i got up to whilst in New York, i would love to go back again some day and if you have any questions or your own New York experience please do leave a comment down below!

Top TV Series!

Hey Guys, so today i thought that i would share with you my top TV series as of now and other the last few months, and it is no surprise to me that all of them are American TV shows as they are defiantly my guilty pleasure and i could sit there for hours on my laptop watch episode after episode (which i have done). So here are some of the shows that i am loving at the minute...
1- Pretty Little Lairs- Now by far Pretty Little Liars has to be my favorite program's like i'm sure it is to many of you. I was a bit late on the bang wagon as i started watching it around last April after a friend was raving over it. I was instantly hooked, i mean who doesn't love a good mystery teen drama with romance, drama and a bit of comedy from Hanna's one liners! I think i got through 4 seasons in a matter of weeks,i would defiantly recommend you watch the series if you haven't already!and everyone says the first few episodes don't do anything for the series so don't give you up after the first episode.
2- Catfish- Another one of my favorite TV shows has got to be Catfish, i have been watching it for a while now i absolutely love it. For anyone who doesn't know the host Nev and Max go around the states helping people meet the people who they have an online relationship with and more than often the person doesn't turn out for be exactly who they say they are. It can be quite scary at times and sad for the reality of the situation but it defiantly makes you more aware of being safe on the internet and makes you more conscious of who you are really talking too.I would defiantly also recommend that you watch the Catfish Movie as it gives you a good insight into why Nev started the show in the first place.
3- Americas Next Top Model- The next show that has been a favorite for quite a long time and that is ANTM, i just love seeing what models have to do and a little insight into the modeling world, i especially love makeover week, there is always a tantrum! and i Love the host Tyra Banks.I was rather sad when i found out the UK version was cancelled, but i think i do prefer the American Version, a definite watch! You may even perfect the perfect 'Smize'.
4- The Vampire Diaries- Now i mean who doesn't love a good vampire tale! If you are a fan of the Twilight but want something a bit more grown up and sexy i would defiantly recommend that you check this out. Similarly to PLL i went through the series rather fast, and i was hooked after watching the TV promo, for any fans of the show already i have to say i am defiantly on team Damon!

The Originals- I also just wanted to mention the series that i am currently watching and enjoying,The Originals is actually a spin off show of the Vampire Diaries, with the main characters also appearing in previous series of the Vampire Dairies! If you are a fan of the Vampire Diaries i would recommend this show as it gives you the chance to learn more about the Original family than you do in VD.

SO i hoped you enjoyed finding out what i am watching at the moment.
Please comment down below of any series that you would recommend
as i am always looking for a few series to watch!
Thankyou

USA Haul! Victoria Secrets Beauty

Hi Guys,
For the past two weeks i have been to the states, one of my favorite places in the world, i visited Orlando,Florida first and then moved onto New York City both two amazing places know for their famous attractions like Disney, Universal, Times Square and the Statue Of Liberty, now whilst all of these sites are amazing and great to experience like many you out there who are anything like me they then you will know that the states is also very well known for doing some Amazing shopping!! I mean with the excellent bargains and sales who could resist! especially when it comes to the beauty market there are many bargains to be found on every shelf, So in this post i am going to show you the beauty bits that i picked up from Victoria Secret whilst in Orlando! Enjoy...
Victoria Secrets-So one of the stores that i really wanted to go to whilst i was away was the ever so famous Victoria Secret, with there being only being 2 or 3 stores in the UK and with the pricey tag being well very pricey! So i went to a couple of different stores and even though Victoria Secret is known for their fancy Lingerie but of course i was drawn into the beauty aisles.

Polishes- In some of the stores there were actually some good sale tables were i was able to pick up two nail varnishes in the colours Star Power (Silver chunky glitter) and Break The Rules (Aqua Glitter blue/green sparkles), and after trying them when i arrived back in the UK i can tell you that i love the quality of the polishes they built up to a lovely sparkle effect and with a top coat on they lasted a good couple of days and they don't have that gritty feeling that you can sometimes get from chunky  polishes. These were an absolute bargain of around $3 so around £1.25! Amazing deal!

Cherry & Vanilla Fragrance Mist- Also on the sale table i was able to pick up one of their Passionate Kisses body sprays for around $4 which is a great steal! I love the smell of Cherry so this spray is a must have, i Love spritzing it all other before i go out! I also picked up the matching Body Lotion which i must have misplaced when taking the photos!but matched with the spray it is a lovely combination.

Large Stripe Makeup Bag- When i was putting my USA Shopping wishlist together i knew i wanted to check out Victoria Secrets makeup bags as i love the stripe pink and white design , so when i spotted this one for $20 dollars i knew i wanted to pick it up. They also did a smaller version for $16 but for the extra $4 i thought i would get the bigger version (which conveniently means it can hold more makeup goodies)

So that is all the beauty bits that i picked up from VS
Stay tuned for more hauls from my USA trip
Hope You Enjoyed!

Mac + Benefit Haul Part 2 (Benefit)

Hi Guys,
So if you read my last post you would have known that i very kindly received some Gift vouchers for my 18th and the other day i went to both Mac and Debenhams to spend them and i am very happy with everything that i got! So here is the things that i got from Debenhams...

Benefit They're Real! Push-Up Liner (£18.50)- So i'm sure almost everyone who reads beauty blogs or watches beauty videos has heard about Benefits brand new eyeliner which has been named as a 'game changer' in the beauty industry. Now i am pretty bad at eyeliner which is why i tend to avoid using it but when it is applied by someone else i really love the way it can define your eyes, so when Benefit released this 'easy to use' eyeliner i thought it was something that i would have to try out. I am yet to test it on my eyes but when i tested in store on the back of my hand it was clear to see how easy it applies, it is a matte black gel liner but in pen and its pen like nib makes it easy to apply. Something i will say about this is that like the mascara once its on 'its on!' i scrubbed my hand and still could not get it off which i suppose it good as it wont budge when you are wearing it.

Benefit They're Real Mascara (£19.50)- Now this product i have tried before and it is my all time favorite mascara and the UK's No1 best selling mascara, it makes my lashes look false without them clumping together like they do with some mascaras. This is my 2nd full size purchase of this mascara and i wear it almost every single day and my 1st one has lasted about a year (I know you shouldn't keep them that long but shhhh its our secret) and i knew that i needed to buy a backup for when i can no longer us my original. If you haven't tried this product before keep you eyes on magazines like Glamour as they often give mini benefit products which is were i 1st tried this mascara, and even if you have got this mascara, who does like a mini size makeup product?

They're Real! Remover Sample(£14.50)- Like i said both of these products are really hard to remove without really pulling and scrubbing at them , which something you never really want to do to your face, especially the eye area. And this is why the clever people at Benefit designed a remover that removes the product with ease, whilst this product is rather pricey i am very intrigued to see if it works as well as it says it does.

Mac And Benefit Haul (Part 1-Mac)

Hi Guys,
So i turned 18 the other week and was very kindly treated to some vouchers for some of my favorite stores Mac & Debenhams, so this week i thought i would go out and treat myself to some new make-up goodies!
My first stop was to the Mac store, my Mac store is quite small but the staff were very helpful and helped me pick out some lovely items , including choosing the right foundation for me as well as giving me a nice little makeover. So here's what i picked up ...

Mineralize Moisture SPF15 Foundation (£28.00)- So i have wanted to try a MAC foundation for a while now but didn't want to part with that kind of money unless i knew i was really going to like it, so when i received my voucher i though that i would take the opportunity to try one out. The lovely girl in the store recommended this foundation as i said i wanted some light and natural but something that still had coverage, she was saying that this was quite a new foundation out and when she applied it to my face it felt very light and i really liked how it looked on the skin. I am rather pale so i got the shade NW13 which i believe is there lightest shade, it is slightly pale for me but with powder it is the perfect shade for everyday wear.

Mineralize Concealer (£17)- After applying my foundation i asked the assistant what concealer she would recommend and she suggested the matching concealer to the foundation, so she tested it on my face and like the foundation is was very light and worked very well as a highlighter and really made the applied areas brighter and you only need a tiny bit of it and  in this i was shade NW15.

Rebel Lipstick (£15.50)- Now i have wanted to get this lipstick for a long time after seeing beauty gurus like Tanya Burr talk about it, i think it is a great way to get a vampy lip without it being 'too much' and i think i will get the most wear out of it in the Autumn/ Winter months.

All That Glitters Eye Shadow (£10/13) - With some vouchers that i received at christmas i was able to but myself one of the 4 pan palettes, i currently have the Bronze eyeshadow in the palette but wanted to continue to fill the palette. I have been looking at All That Glitters for a while after seeing many bloggers and youtubers talk about it and when i tested it in the store it was a lovely neutral/shimmery shade. I think it is a good idea to buy the palettes as they look really nice especially the new ones plus you save £3 when you just buy the eyeshadow in the pan rather than in the plastic pot.

Pro Longwear Blush in Rosey Outlook (£20)- Whilst the girl was doing my makeup she applied a bit of blusher to finish off the foundation and i really loved the way it looked on my skin , so i asked her which blush it was and she got it out for me i haven't heard of this shade before but it is a lovely soft baby pink colour that looks very natural on the cheeks.

Prep + Prime Skin Base Sample (Usually £21)- Before applying my foundation the girl applied a little bit of primer onto my face which is something i don't usually bother with, but after seeing how how my foundation stayed on for during the day (plus the weather was really warm) i will defiantly start trying out primers and it was lovely of her to give me a sample to try out at home. And with this you only need a pea sized amount to cover the face , so i am sure this sample will last me a while and give me a good idea if i would want to purchase the full size version in the future.

So that is all of the goodies that i got from my Mac visit, i was so grateful that my friends got me the voucher because i would never go into MAC and have a splurge as even though there products are top quality there are a lot of good drugstore dupes out there, but it is nice to have some luxurious makeup items in my makeup bag :). I am off to the states next week and have already got a long list of items that i want to have a nosey at so if you know any items that you think i should pick up whilst i'm there please write them in the comments!
