Latest In Beauty Awards 2015! My Picks!

Heyy guys!
So a email popped into inbox the other day from Latest In Beauty, i am always looking on their site to see what Limited edition boxes they have on offer. That is when i saw that they were doing a  Beauty Awards 2015 box which allows you to create your won box and there are some great award winning products to choose from!.
There are 3 opinions for you to choose
Box 1- 3 Products £8.99
Box 2- 6 Products £12.99
Box 3- 9 Products £16.99
Some of the products have been sold out but there is still a good selection for you to choose from!
So here are the products i chose!
Burt's Bees Deep Cleansing Cream- I have only ever tried 1 product from Burts Bees in the past which was a lip balm, so i cant wait to try this cleansing balm which is 100% natural. Full price this product is £10.99, so almost the price of the box!.
Zoella Fresh Fizz- I am a big Zoella fan so i was very happy to be able to try her new bath fizzer from the Tutti Fruity which would usually cost £5.

He-Shi Express Liquid Tan 50ml - This summer i have started getting into using fake tan more as i do actually like looking tan, and whilst on holiday i finally picked up a bit of colour! so i like to keep up my tan , so I'm excited to try this out, full price this product would cost around £20!.
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo {+}- I remember last year this product was all over the beauty blogs so i was very happy that i get to try it for myself! Full price comes in at around £11-£15.
Philip Kingsley Elasticizer- Again another product that rocked the beauty blogs last year, Philip Kingsley is a well respected hair brand so i cant wait to give this product a try! Full price £16-£29

My First Year Of University!

Heyy There!
So i may not have mentioned before but last September i started a new chapter in my life and that was starting University. For the last year i have been working towards getting a degree in Dance! yes Dance! it has always been a dream of mine and it has been one of the best years of my life!.

Throughout the year both myself and other girls on my course and we have all come across the following questions, why dance? is that a real degree? do you just dance around the studio all day?
To which we answer, because we love it! yes its a real degree! and no we do not!(little rant over).

My first year in university has had its ups and its downs but i would do it all again and can't wait to start my second year.
I have met some lovely girls on my course and its true when they say you meet your friends for life in University!. I have seen a massive shift in my confidence since starting there in September and i can see it growing all the time, but throughout this year there has been a number of occasions when i have doubted myself and put myself down.

And now for the downs, this year has been full of challenges and changes most of them on my body, we are getting worked just like professions so my body has become a lot stronger but it didn't get there within the first week. We all had to work extremely hard to get were were are today, which meant a lot of bruises and injuries. I tried my best to push through those painful days until i realised the reason i was in so much pain was because a small bone in my back had moved out of place (i don't know the technical nam). Once i found this out i a started Physio Therapy and all i can say it got worse before it go better and i was unable to dance probably for a couple weeks, but it feels a lot better now that i know what i need to do to make it stronger.

I have learnt so much this year about myself and about the industry of Dance, you may not know this but a dance degree has a lot of theory work! but it has been great working with some great chereographers and practitioners and learning new styles of dance and growing as a performer and a facilitator.

Now i wasn't one for the University party lifestyle i stayed at home and commuted every day and only went on 1 night out with university, mainly because i don't drink and i decided to work as much as i could on the weekends or i was just too tired from the week. So if your going to University don't think you have to go out drinking every night there is no harm on being focused on your degree.

1st year of university tips

- If you are going to live the university party lifestyle be safe! there is nothing wrong with drinking but try not to do it every night, 1- its not good for your health 2- not good for your student bank account and 3- you will probably miss important lectures!
- Be organised! i cant stress this enough! i thought i was being organised this year but i know i could have been a lot better. try and get all your work done at least a week before the deadline that way you can relax whilst everyone else is in the library the night before stressing!.
- Make friends with as many people as possible! its always good to make friends when at university whether its to study with or a night out buddy, you usually stick with the same group of friends but try to be friendly with others on your course!
-Have fun! enjoy your 1st year it a time to settle in! and there is no harm in dropping out if its not right for you i would say wait until Christmas like some of my friends did to make the final decision! you can say you tried and there is no point in wasting your time and money on something you don't enjoy! lifes too short!.

So thats my 1st year of University story!
are your starting university this year?
any questions? let me know!

Thanks For Reading!
